Investigating a haunted house in the 1970s, the Doctor and Clara meet two researchers studying a ghostly presence. The haunting is revealed to be a time traveller trapped in a pocket universe, with a creature seeking its lost mate. The Doctor rescues both beings, turning a ghost story into a tale of love and reunion. Clara sees a more compassionate side of him.
ΓÇ£HideΓÇ¥ follows the Eleventh Doctor and Clara Oswald investigating a supposedly haunted house called Caliburn House, where a psychic experiment has created a trapped entity.
The haunting is revealed to be caused by a creature trapped in a pocket universe, connected through a ΓÇ£time corridorΓÇ¥ linking two points in spacetime.
Emma Grayling is a psychic researcher investigating paranormal activity. She helps the Doctor and Clara understand the true nature of the phenomenon.
The time corridor is a link between dimensions that allows beings to become trapped between realities, creating the illusion of a haunting.
This episode blends gothic horror and science fiction in Doctor Who, while continuing the developing relationship between Clara and the Eleventh Doctor.
