The Doctor takes Amy, Rory, RoryΓÇÖs father Brian, and Queen Nefertiti on an adventure aboard a spaceship filled with dinosaurs. They discover it is an ark meant to preserve EarthΓÇÖs species, hijacked by a ruthless trader named Solomon. As missiles threaten to destroy the ship, the Doctor evacuates the crew and dinosaurs. He ultimately strands Solomon with his own weapons, taking a darker stance on justice.
ΓÇ£Dinosaurs on a SpaceshipΓÇ¥ follows the Eleventh Doctor assembling an unlikely team, including Rory, Queen Nefertiti, and others, to investigate a spaceship carrying living dinosaurs.
The dinosaurs are part of a preserved collection aboard a massive unmanned spacecraft that has been left drifting and is now being repurposed for unknown purposes.
Queen Nefertiti is a historical figure recruited by the Doctor for her intelligence, confidence, and adaptability in dangerous situations.
The Doctor and his team must investigate and stop the destruction of the ship, while uncovering who is controlling it and why the dinosaurs are being used.
This episode is a lighter adventure in Doctor Who, showcasing the adventurous tone of the Eleventh Doctor era.
