If you’re a truly dedicated science fiction fan, you would
probably like this article. Man, locations from Sci-fi movies are filmed
on our very own planet and you can also experience some of these
locations. You probably have seen all the famous science fiction movies
available, but have you ever given the locations a thought? Well, it’s
your lucky day, because here is some info about these amazing settings.
If you have a moment and time to stop checking the
Ufc 277 odds or doing other activities, then it’s time to dive into
the world of Sci-Fi again. Maybe you’re a huge Star Trek Fan or maybe
Terminator is one of your all-time favorites? The good news is some of
the filming locations from those movies will be mentioned here.
The Terminator
A lot of the scenes from these epic movies were filmed in the US. The
Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles was in ‘The Terminator’ from 1994.
The Observatory is something very special and the best thing is, it’s

Star Trek
For many years the Vasquez Rocks Natural Area Park in Los Angeles has
been used as a filming location for these famous movies. The rock
formations are stunning and something that looks very Sci-Fi.
Star Wars
Tikal National Park in Guatemala is in the middle of the rainforest and
is home to an ancient temple. This place was a very important location
for the Mayans and the date was over 2500 years back. The Star Wars
movie from 1977 (Star Wars: A New Hope) was also filmed here.
Starship Troopers
The movie Starship Troopers in 1997, was partly filmed in Badlands,
South Dakota. These old native American hunting grounds do give that
feeling of being on another planet.
Resident Evil
The famous movie in the series, ‘Resident Evil: Apocalypse’ was partly
filmed at Toronto City Hall in Toronto, Canada. The building has a
rather ominous feel to it, which is the perfect setting for this movie.
Jurassic Park
A lot of the original movie was filmed in Hawaii. One of those locations
was on the island of Kauai, but also Oahu.
